First day-arrival and Cusco City Tour
You’ll start your Cusco, Sacred Valley and Inca Trail 8 days tour with your arrival to Cusco. We will pick you up from airport or bus station and bring you to your hotel. After little rest we will pick you from your hotel to start the Cusco City Tour.
On a City tour you will be able to see some of the main sites left behind by the Incas on our Cusco City Tour. We will start the City Tour with the tour of the main Cathedral of Cusco and Plaza de Armas.
From here we will visit the Sacsayhuaman remains which are located on the top of the Cusco City, the place will give you a spectacular view of the City and silence. Although the Sacsayhuaman site is a remnant of a once great place, it is still very impressive due to the large stones used and the striking architecture.
The next site is Quengo (Labyrinth), experts believe this site was used for ceremonial purposes in ancient Incas lives. After the guided tour you are free to keep exploring Cusco or back to your hotel to rest and get ready for next days adventures and Inca Trail. Second day-get to know Cusco surroundings
On a second day you will start your journey at 8.30 am, we will pick you up from your hotel and head to explore the Sacred Valley Tour which includes stops in a villages and traditional markets. You will get to visit Pisaq, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero. After buffet lunch (vegetarian option available) in Urubabmba we will bring you back to Cusco to your hotel.
Start your Inca Trail on Day 3!
Early in a morning we will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the entrance of the Inca Trail where you will put your first steps on Ancient Incas Road and start unforgettable trek to Machu Picchu! Third day means first night spending at camping.
Second day of the Inca Trail on day 4-hit the highest point of the trek!
On second day of Inca Trail be ready to hike and climb, explore different lands, visit ruins of Wayllabamba, Warmi Huañusca Pass (Dead Woman Pass) the highest point of the Inca Trail (4215m), Pacaymayu and Runkuraccay. You will spend your second day at camping.
Keep exploring the famous Inca Trail
The fifth day of the Cusco, Sacred Valley and Inca Trail tour and the third day of Inca Trail will bring you the famous and must see Phuyupatamarca and Wiñayhuayna ruins. Where you will stay another night at camping.
Last day of Inca Trail-Guided Tour at Machu Picchu
You are almost here, Machu Picchu just few kilometres away. You will start your last hike from Wiñaywayna to Inti Punku. The Inti Punku called the ”Sun Gate” is one of the most important archaeological constructions that connects with Machu Picchu. Once you here, that means the end of the road, and the spot which gives you spectacular first glimpse of Machu Picchu Mountain, the Vilcambamba and Urubamba River.
You will have a guided tour around Machu Picchu Ruins with our professional guide. After the tour you will have time-free for yourself to spend for relaxing and enjoying the tranquillity of Machu Picchu or keep exploring magical area.
At 18.30 the train from Aguas Calientes will take you to Ollantaytambo from where at around 20.30 pm. our private van bring you back to Cusco to your hotel.
Explore Maras and Moray
On your 7th day of the tour you will be able to visit famous Maras and Moray towns which are outside the Cusco.
Firstly we will pick you up from your hotel and head to town of Maras, 52 km away from Cusco. The town is located at an altitude of 3,380 meters above sea level. Village is famous for its salt mines better known as “Salineras de Maras”. Each mines are about 5m² from which salt is extracted after a drying process.
After the Maras we wil head towards archaeological site of Moray just 7 km further from Salineras de Maras. Moray is a group of circular terraces which was as an agricultural experimetal central for Incas. The overlapping circular stone rings widen as they rise and it has a total depth of 150 m.
After a guided tour we will bring you back to Cusco.
Transfer to the departure point
On a last day, we will pick you up at a suitable time for you from your hotel and transfer you to the airport or bus station.
